Car Parking
Hotel on Devonport provides a secure undercover car park for hotel guests. Due to limited car parks available we recommend that you pre-book your car park prior to arrival. The cost is:
* $10 per car per night for a standard park - EXCLUSIVE OFFER All guests who book through this website can reserve one car park space per room per night on a complimentary basis. This must be done at the time of booking.
* $15 per car per night for a park with a Type 2 EV charger.
Alternatively, you may park on Devonport Road overnight at no charge. The free street parking is currently available from 3pm to 9am Monday to Friday and all weekend. The free parking hours are subject to change at any time, for up to date information please check with either our team or Tauranga City Council.
Car Park Booked
If you are checking into the hotel and have already made your car park booking you may drive directly to the car park on arrival. The car park entrance is located on The Strand (please see attached map).
At the entrance of the car park please use the keypad to dial “200” and the “bell” symbol. This will call our front desk team who will verify your booking and open the gate. Please drive up to Level 3 and park in any available spot.
From the car park there is a door with direct access to the hotel reception. Please dial “200” and the “bell” symbol again and front desk will open the door for you.
Once you have checked in your room key card will also give you access to the car park, into the hotel from the car park or from Devonport Road in the evening.
No Car Park Booked
If you are checking into the hotel and have not booked a car park please park anywhere on Devonport Road and check into the hotel from the main lobby. The hotel does have one reserved car park on Devonport Road for short term pickup, drop-offs and check in’s. It is directly outside the front door and has a red cover over the parking meter. If you require a car park on check in our front desk team will book a car park, subject to availability and direct you to the car park entrance.
