Please note due to a credit card merchant agreement with our bank and for the security of the card holder we are unable to process this form without a photocopy of both sides of the credit card. If you do not wish to do this please come into the hotel and we can process the payment direct at reception.
If your company would like to setup credit facilities at the hotel please complete and return this form.
